- Drive Sales:
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing sales strategies.
- Maintain control over discounts and discontinued products.
- Ensure all sales transactions follow operational procedures.
- Deliver High Service Standards:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow brand standards, company policies, and the Code of Conduct.
- Maintain Retail Excellence:
- Perform store opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.
- Keep the store neat, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory and minimize stock losses.
