📋 Job Responsibilities
🤝 Coordinate and liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure shipment readiness and timely delivery schedules
📄 Prepare and manage daily delivery and shipment documentation
📦 Assist customers with stock enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment schedules
🚚 Coordinate with warehouse teams on shipment arrangements and requirements
📊 Prepare and compile monthly KPI reports for performance tracking
🔹 Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
