What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily kitchen and food production operations.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure efficient service flow and timely food preparation.
- Handle operational issues and customer concerns professionally.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during peak periods.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience (Preferred, but not Required): Previous kitchen or cooking experience in a fast-food or casual dining setting is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Passion for Cooking: A love for food and a desire to deliver delicious meals to customers consistently.
- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy shifts.
