🕒 Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Earn up to $2,300 per month
3 months commitment only

✨ JOB SCOPE
- Review and process daily receiving and shipping records with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure all shipping documents comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., IRAS & Singapore Customs)
- Organise and maintain proper filing systems for both local and overseas documents
- Assign job numbers and update data for billing and GST verification
- Identify discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with freight forwarders on permits, invoices, and shipment matters
- Maintain a well-structured documentation system (digital & physical)
- Support document archiving, retrieval, and compliance with record-keeping policies
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
