•⁠ ⁠Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in staff training and team management.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory and coordinate stock ordering when required.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
