An established Plastic Manufacturing organization is seeking a motivated, dynamic and committed individual to join us for the following position:
PACKER
Responsibilities
- Pull, pack, weigh and label products based on daily orders
- Ensure all items are correctly and properly packed, labelled and sealed
- Prepare labels and carton boxes for products before shipment
- Inspect products for defects and damages before packing
- Pack goods in accordance with the Company’s standards and guidelines
- Ensure the customer orders are met in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Work closely with machine operators to meet the daily packing targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organized packing area at all times
- Any other ad-hoc job duties assigned by the Management and superior
Requirements:
- Experience in packing with minimum 1 year of experience. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Team player, responsible, committed, proactive and possess a positive attitude
- Able to follow company instructions and directions
- Maintain physical fitness to perform lifting and to stand for extended period
