Job description:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the Bank's products and services.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable banking solutions based on their requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
- Achieve individual sales and productivity targets.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
- Record customer interactions accurately and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
- Adhere to the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in telesales, customer service, call centre, or sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging customers over the phone.
- Customer-oriented, driven, and motivated to achieve targets.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
