Contract Period: 6 Months (subject to extension and conversion)
Working Hours: 9am to 7pm [1 hrs 15mins Break]
Working Days: 5 days work week inclusive of weekend and PH
Salary: $2.5k
Job Description:
- Handle reservations received via all channels timely and accurately according to SOPs
- Liaise with bookers and hotels/sales to ensure smooth pre-arrival experience
- Maintain up-to-date information of all promotions and hotels information
- Maximize opportunities through upselling techniques
- Ensure proper filing and recording of all correspondences
Requirement:
- Proficient in MS Office, email system, reservations system will be an advantage
- Display high level of customer service
- Possess strong communication and administration skills
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu if work on Public Holiday.
- Open to overtime as required.
