About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our food & beverage team as Team Members. In this role, you will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing
- Provide excellent customer service during food and beverage operations.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation when required.
- Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Support colleagues during peak hours.
- Uphold brand standards and presentation.
- Report issues or customer feedback to managers.
What we’re looking for
- Prior relevant F&B experience preferred but not required
- Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skill
- Able to handle English speaking customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and adaptability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Responsible, reliable, and dependable with a hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
