📍 Sentosa (Transport provided from VivoCity)
💰 Salary: $3,600 – $4,200
🕒 5 Days Work Week | 44 Hours
📅 Fixed Off Days: Monday & Tuesday
We are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
• Support daily restaurant operations and team supervision
• Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen team
• Prepare staff schedules and assist with onboarding/training
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, and operational standards
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
• Maintain records of operational costs and revenues
• Support payroll and administrative coordination
Requirements
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
