Handle telephone calls and queries from all stakeholders.
Help with walk-in queries from students, parents and teachers
Provide first-aid to students
Manage first-aid room to include stock-taking, packing and simple cleaning
Pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs for staff and students
Monitor lost and found items
Prepare data reports such as meal voucher report and wellness cove injury report
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the school
Requirements:
Have at least 3 years of similar experience in primary school
Must have valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification
At least a GCE ‘O’ Level
Ability to multitask with good time management
