  • Job Title:  CDP/ SOUS Chef (Hot / Cold  Station / Mains)
  • Type: Full-time position
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Location: Duxton Road / Hillview Rise

ONLY SINGAPOREAN OR PR 

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Prepare and cook (Mains / Hot / Cold station) according to the restaurant's standards
  • Ensure quality and consistency of dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
  • Assist to Outlet Chef for preparation and order supplies

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • 5 or 6  days work week with Split Shift / Straight shift
  • Proficiency in Italian cuisine, Mains, Hot & Cold station preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work without much supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Candidate with lesser experience can start as Junior Position
