Salary package: Basic up to $2500 (Experience based)

Working Day: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Work Location: Toh Guan Rd

Job Scope:

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, picking lists, invoices and delivery orders.
  • Support the Sales Team in managing blanket orders and contracts to ensure fulfilment of requirements.
  • Liaise with customers to understand and document their requirements.
  • Source goods and coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams for timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports and handle other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirement:

  • Min O level and above
  • 1-2years experience in an administrative/coordinator similar role
  • Proficiency with Autocount is an advantage
