FRONTLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM SALES ($14.48/HR + HIGH COMMISSIONS / EAST / OFFICE HOURS)

💰 Pay Rate: $14.48 / hour
🎁 Commission: Average $200 – $600+ / month (Top performers earn $1,000 – $2,000+!)
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (10:00am – 7:00pm)
📍 Location: East Singapore (Tampines area)
📋 Job Duties:
▪️ Attend to walk-in customers on leasing options and availability 💬
▪️ Conduct follow-up calls with past visitors to share rental services and packages 📞
▪️ Understand customer requirements and promote existing rental promotions effectively 🎯
▪️ Update internal systems accurately with client details and interest levels 💻
🎯 Requirements:
▪️ Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills 🌟
▪️ Good verbal communication skills to engage walk-in visitors and handle phone inquiries 📞
▪️ Prior experience in customer service, frontline sales, or retail is an advantage 🛍️
▪️ Self-motivated and driven by commission incentives 💰
