Working Days: Monday – Friday
- AM shift: 8am – 5:30pm
- PM Shift: 11:15pm – 8 am
Job Description:
- Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve basic production issues
- Conduct equipment, tooling, and process checks to ensure smooth production flow
- Support NPI, product trials, transfers, and engineering projects
- Collect production data and assist in process improvement activities
- Assist with troubleshooting, corrective actions, and engineering changes
- Maintain manufacturing documents, work instructions, and production records
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement projects
- Work with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Test Technician, Assembly Technician, NPI Technician, or similar manufacturing role.
- Hands-on experience in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and production support within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with work instructions, process documentation, and basic equipment/tooling handling.
- Experience in NPI, engineering builds, or process improvement activities is an added advantage.
