We're not looking for someone who wants to manage from a desk. We want the ones who get their hands dirty, lead from the front, and build something real.
1️⃣ Master Every Station: Start by doing the work. Bake, serve, clean — until you know every station better than the crew.
2️⃣ Shadow the Leaders: Work side by side with our best Store Managers to learn P&L, staffing, and daily operations.
3️⃣ Take Charge Early: Run shifts during peak hours. We want to see how you handle pressure when the queue is long.
4️⃣ Accelerated Growth: A structured path that moves you into management while your peers are still in entry-level roles.
We're looking for the top 10% — the ones who want to lead, not just follow.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate (any discipline) — no F&B experience needed
- Hungry to learn, willing to start from scratch, driven by ambition
- Natural people person with strong communication skills
- Open to shift work including weekends and public holidays
- High energy, resilient, ready for a fast-paced environment
