At The Straits Eye Centre, we believe that exceptional patient care starts with a well-run clinic. As a Clinic Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting both our medical team and patients.
Your Role:
- Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing patient needs with care and efficiency
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and registration with a friendly approach
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and Medisave submissions accurately
- Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
- Provide front desk support, assisting with patient inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and staff to optimize workflow
- Manage clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are well-stocked
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic environment
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance patient experience
✔ A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
