Job Position: Production Management Trainee
Monthly Salary: From $3,000 onwards
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and understand all aspects of food production, quality control, and safety standards.
- Assist in production planning and execution to meet daily targets.
- Work closely with production supervisors to manage workflow and manpower allocation.
- Monitor and report on production efficiency, waste reduction, and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in hands-on training across various production functions.
- Assist in equipment maintenance coordination and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Support process optimization projects and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
