We're looking for energetic, confident, well-groomed personnel who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Hospitality or fitness backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take and process guest orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure guests receive attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
