Temporary Event Outreach Staff – Public Health Campaign URGENT!

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Temporary Event Outreach Staff to support a public health campaign promoting a free WhatsApp chatbot that helps residents with chronic disease monitoring.
Working Hours
Mon – Fri: 9:30am – 3:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Sat: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Training from 5 – 9 October will be conducted in the West and is paid.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with event booth setup and coordination
Engage residents and introduce the programme and its benefits
Guide residents through the enrolment process using their mobile phones
Assist with QR code scanning, OTP verification, form submission and WhatsApp functions
Guide residents in submitting health readings via WhatsApp
Assist residents with updating WhatsApp where required
Answer basic enquiries about the enrolment process and programme
Distribute marketing collaterals to successful enrollees
Manage crowd flow and maintain an organised booth
Track and report daily engagement and enrolment figures
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Comfortable and proficient with smartphone usage
Possess a personal mobile phone
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to guide senior residents patiently through mobile processes
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Comfortable working across different locations in the West
Enthusiastic about public health initiatives
Attire: Long blue/black pants and covered shoes. Polo tee will be provided and must be worn during working hours.
