📅 WORK SCHEDULE
📌 Monday – Friday + Half Day Saturday
⏰ FIXED SHIFT OPTIONS (Choose One) (45 mins break included)
🌆 Noon Shift: 2:45PM – 11:15PM (+$15/day)
🌙 Night Shift: 10:45PM – 7:15AM (+$25/day)
🛠 JOB SCOPE
⚙️ Set up, adjust, and run machines to ensure they operate smoothly
🔍 Check and confirm machines are working properly and meeting quality standards
🛠 Troubleshoot and fix basic machine or process issues when they occur
🤝 Support engineers in improving machine performance and production processes
📋 Ensure all tools, parts, and work instructions are ready and accurate for operations
🧪 Assist with testing and checking processes to maintain product quality
📝 Record production data and update reports for tracking and analysis
👨🔧 Provide guidance to junior technicians when needed and support team operations

🎯 REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Materials or similar & related field
✔️ 2–3 years relevant experience in manufacturing / engineering
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔️ Comfortable working with machines, data, and technical systems
✔️ Experience in semiconductor processes or equipment is a plus
