☕ What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a barista or foundational barista certification (e.g. SCA, CMCR Academy, or equivalent).
- Passion for specialty coffee and a desire to keep improving your craft.
- Strong sense of teamwork and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment.
