Responsibilities:
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Supervise cooks and assist as needed
- Enforce good practice of hygiene and food safety standard
- Prepare the food according to the standard procedure
- Ensure the quality of food
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of culinary experience
- A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate / Food Safety Course is an advantage
- Able to handle wok
