Business Development Executive
Tampines North
930am - 630pm (Mon to Fri)
Basic $3,000 – $5,000 + Commission
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers
- Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable fragrance solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
- Manage customer accounts and coordinate projects from enquiry to commercialization
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate commercial terms
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Provide timely customer support and ensure excellent service throughout the project lifecycle
- Achieve individual sales and business development targets
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Possess with Class 3 Driving License
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a B2B non-perishable FMCG environment
- Experience in the fragrance, flavours, ingredients, chemicals, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Customer-oriented with good commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for customer visits when required
