Beauty Retail Front Desk (No exp needed! - URGENT)
Job Summary
The Retail Front Desk is the first point of contact for customers visiting the outlet. You will provide excellent front-desk service, manage appointments, handle customer enquiries, and support retail sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide professional front-desk service
- Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Handle customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with cashiering and payment processing
- Recommend and promote products, services, and treatment packages
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area
- Coordinate customer flow and support therapists when required
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Support daily outlet administrative duties and reporting
- Ensure customer records and appointment schedules are updated accurately
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Friendly personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and messaging platforms
- Sales-oriented with good customer service skills
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Passion for beauty and wellness industry
