Jobs Responsibilities

  • Engage walk in and prospective customers professionally to understand their banking needs and provide suitable product information.
  • Promote banking accounts and debit card products, explaining key features, benefits and applicable promotions clearly.
  • Acquire new customers through proactive engagement and contribute towards assigned daily sales and acquisition targets.
  • Guide customers through digital account opening and application processes, ensuring information and submissions are complete and accurate.
  • Handle general product enquiries and provide appropriate assistance or direct customers to relevant service channels when required.
  • Ensure customer onboarding and sales activities are completed in accordance with established banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
