Recruitment Officer Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Part-Time Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying potential candidates who match specific criteria for our survey openings, as well as coordinating their participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit eligible survey participants based on provided project requirements
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
- Represent our organization during ad hoc paid attendance at recruitment events as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Residency: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents residing in Singapore
- Education: Minimum of a Singapore Diploma, A-Levels, or equivalent (holders of overseas degrees are also warmly welcome to apply)
- Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a smooth participant experience
