工作职责

协助采购部门处理日常采购及行政工作。
向供应商询价，并跟进价格、货源及交货安排。
准备采购订单（Purchase Order）及维护采购相关文件与记录。
与公司各部门协调，确保物料及货品按时采购。
驾驶公司车辆前往领取及递送文件、支票、样品及采购相关物品。
根据工作需要前往供应商处领取物料或协助采购事务。
确保运送的文件及物品安全、准确并准时送达。
完成上司安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求

持有新加坡有效三号驾驶执照（Class 3）。
工作认真负责、守时，并能独立完成工作。
具备良好的沟通及组织能力。
熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）。
具采购、采购助理或行政工作经验者优先考虑。

Procurement Assistant cum Class 3 Driver

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily purchasing and procurement operations.
Source quotations and communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely purchase of goods and materials.
Drive the company vehicle for collection and delivery of documents, cheques, samples, and procurement-related items.
Visit suppliers when required to collect materials or support procurement activities.
Ensure company documents and items are transported safely and punctually.
Support other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (required).
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative work is an advantage.
