🗓️ Work Schedule
Choose from the following work arrangements:
- 5-day work week (alternate Saturdays), - 8.30am – 6.00pm, OR
- 6-day work week (includes either Saturday or Sunday) 9.30am – 6.00pm
Working hours are rostered based on operational requirements.
💼 What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist members of the public with a warm and professional attitude.
- Provide guidance on digital and self-service platforms.
- Respond to general enquiries and deliver quality customer service.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service experience.
- Support day-to-day centre operations, events and administrative activities.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment by reporting incidents when required.
