About the Role

Join our team as a Community Relationship/ Service Ambassador (CRA) and be the friendly face assisting members of the public with government digital services and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members of the public
  • Provide digital assistance for government services
  • Answer general enquiries
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Support centre operations, events, and administrative tasks
  • Help maintain a safe and pleasant environment

Requirements

✅ Customer service-oriented and enjoys interacting with people
✅ Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
✅ Able to undergo security screening and required training before deployment

Working Hours

Shift A

  • Monday – Saturday
  • 8.30am – 6.00pm

Shift B

  • Monday – Sunday
  • 9.30am – 6.00pm

Shifts assigned based on operational requirements. Public holidays excluded.

Salary & Benefits

Full-Time

  • Gross salary: Up to $2,700/month
  • Performance Incentive
  • Shift Allowance (applicable for selected shifts)
