Quality Executive | QMS / QA
MRT: Joo Koon
Basic Salary: $4,200 to 4,500/month
Employment: Permanent, Direct Hire
Looking for a Quality Executive to support QMS and operational quality within a regulated medical-device distribution environment.
What you'll do
- Manage SOPs, Work Instructions, Work Orders and QMS documentation
- Handle quality issues, NCRs, investigations and CAPA
- Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions
- Support audits, self-assessments and closure of audit findings
- Conduct Gemba Walks and operational quality checks
- Identify quality trends and process improvement opportunities
- Review change requests and support validation activities
- Conduct quality / GxP training and maintain training records
- Support secondary assembly activities including line clearance, label checks, sampling and Work Order approval
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in QA / Quality / QMS
- 2+ years in QA / Quality / QMSExperience in a regulated environment such as pharma, medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing or logistics
- Experience with SOPs, CAPA, NCRs and root cause analysis
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Advantage if you have
- ISO 13485
- SS620 GDPMDS / GDP / GxP
- 8D
- Internal Auditor certification
- Medical device or regulated warehouse experience
