F&B Manager
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and office management functions of the F&B department. The role involves coordinating daily operations, managing documentation, supporting staff, monitoring expenses, and ensuring smooth communication between the office, management, and F&B teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office tasks for the F&B department.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, staff matters, and internal communications.
Maintain accurate records, reports, invoices, and F&B documentation.
Monitor stock, purchasing, suppliers, and related administrative matters.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial records.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments.
Prepare reports and updates for management.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Assist with staff attendance, leave, and other administrative matters.
Handle customer or operational issues when required.
Support management in planning and coordinating F&B activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in F&B, administration, or office management.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and well organised.
Able to work independently and with different teams.
