- Coordinate cargo shipments and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with airlines, agents and cargo partners to support smooth operations.
- Supervise and guide cargo handlers during daily operations.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients and operational partners.
- Ensure cargo activities are handled smoothly and according to operational requirements.
