Job Description
- Assist branches in actively migrating transactions to self-service machines, online platforms such as internet banking and mobile apps
- Study customers’ behaviour when visiting branches
- Identify customers’ needs at the point of entry and capture customers’ behaviour by completing a checklist
- Comfortable standing for long hours
Requirements
- Minimum O Level
- Comfortable with standing for long hours
- Able to commit until 31 December 2026
