RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery Duties:
- Perform timely and accurate delivery of food products, ingredients, and supplies to outlets/customers
- Ensure goods are delivered in good condition and according to delivery schedules
- Load and unload goods safely
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
- Maintain delivery documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and return notes
- Follow company procedures and traffic regulations at all times
Warehouse Duties:
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to delivery schedules
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and correct storage of items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse in accordance with company standards
- Support regular stock counts and inventory checks
- Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues promptly
Safety, Compliance, and other duties
- Adhere to hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs
- Handle products in accordance with company requirements
- Use warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Support ad-hoc warehouse or logistics tasks as assigned
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to delivery or inventory when require
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class 3 driving licence (Singapore)
- At least 1 year of experience in delivery and/or warehouse operations (F&B preferred)
- Must be able to lift and move goods
- Able to work early hours, weekends, or public holidays if required
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or delivery routing
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
