We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. If you have experience handling full-set accounts and are looking for a stable 5-day work week in the Paya Lebar area, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Handle full-set accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
Prepare payment schedules and process payments
Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliation
Prepare sales and financial reports for management
Handle petty cash and staff reimbursements
Prepare quarterly GST submissions
Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records
Assist with monthly stock take, inventory disposal and write-offs
Support e-commerce payment reconciliation
Prepare documents and schedules for external audits
Liaise with auditors, banks and relevant authorities
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Other accounting duties assigned by management

Requirements

Diploma / LCCI / ACCA or relevant accounting qualification
Relevant accounting experience preferred
Experience handling full-set accounts
Familiar with GST, bank reconciliation and audit matters
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Meticulous, responsible and well-organised
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and willing to learn
