Job Description

Handle phone calls, enquiries and walk-in visitors

Facilitate communication between parents, vendors and school staff

Manage deliveries, collections and distribution of items

Attend to unwell or injured students and coordinate parent pick-up

Manage early dismissals and lost & found items

Maintain and update school records and documents

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

Proficient in email communication, especially Gmail

3 years of receptionist/customer service experience preferred

1 year of primary school experience preferred

Basic First Aid knowledge

Singaporean
