- Manage and execute debt recovery activities to support the Banking Litigation Department’s objectives
- Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure timely resolution of debt recovery cases
- Pay attention to case details and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate debt recovery processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management system
