Responsibilities
- Close sales deals consistently to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate sales teams to improve performance and achieve collective sales goals
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor to foster positive client interactions
- Acquire new skills continuously to adapt to evolving business needs and improve sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with management and participate in training programs to enhance sales capabilities

- Compensation includes basic salary, allowance, commission, bonus, and group commission
