Store Supervisor (Contract)
Location: Loyang Lane
Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $3,300 per month
Position Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, and timely dispatching of goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock-taking, and reconcile inventory discrepancies in the system.
- Supervise, guide, and schedule daily tasks for store assistants/handlers to ensure optimal productivity.
- Manage warehouse layout and storage planning to maximize space utilization and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Ensure all shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation is accurately processed and filed.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety, health regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Singaporean Only.
- Proven experience as a Store/Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control management systems.
- Proficient in SAP systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.
What We Offer
- Consistent 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM shift.
- 5-day work week (Mondays to Fridays).
