Reporting to the Chef De Partie, your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-
Responsibilities
- Support the Kitchen Team in the preparation, production and presentation of our food items.
- Sorting, peeling, cutting, washing and drying of ingredients
- Ensuring that the kitchen is kept in a clean state.
Requirements
- Valid WSH Food Hygiene Certificate - 1
Event: Christmas Production
Date: 1 November 2026 to 25 December 2026, 5 day work week
Time: 9am to 6pm
Salary: $120/day
Event: Chinese New Year Production
Date: 2 January 2027 to 20 February 2027, 5 day work week
Time: 9am to 6pm
Salary: $120/day
