Job Summary:
We are seeking an Onsite Field Engineer for Local Telco in Singapore. This role offers flexible hours and comprehensive training, making it ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments while developing their technical skills in a multicultural environment.
The Field Engineer will be responsible for installation and maintenance of Fibre Broadband, Digital TV and Digital Voice services.
Course Provided:
Course commencement date will be advised once minimum seat is met.
3 working days in advance for security clearance
Job Description:
• Conduct on-site technical support and maintenance for clients' IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
• Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
Job Requirements:
• NITEC 2 for locals to perform FTTH works
• Diploma for foreigners to perform FTTH works
• Basic understanding of computer networks and hardware components
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
