Job Details:

Salary: $13 on weekdays, $14 on weekends
Working Location : Orchard
Working Hours: As per roster, able to commit 5 days per week (included weekends & PH)
Off Day: 2 off days per week (per roster)
Contract: At least 3 months

Job Scope:

Greet guests warmly and create a great first impression
Assist with check-in and check-out, including offering welcome drinks and towels
Answer guest enquiries in person, over the phone, digital platform and via email
Help with luggage when needed and work closely with the team
Track and update guest amenities (e.g. welcome amenities and special requests)
Listen to guest feedback and share it with supervisors or managers
Support daily front desk operations and assist with other duties as assigned
