Job Scope

  • Handle accident claims and reporting matters
  • Assist customers with accident claim procedures
  • Liaise with insurers, workshops and relevant parties.
  • Prepare and submit claims-related documents..
  • Follow up on claim status and repair progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum O level education and above
  • 1–2 years of relevant accident claims experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
