You will be responsible for ensuring online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on-time. The job tasks include inventory management, maintaining pick, pack and delivery standards. You need to attend to order-related enquiries by customers. You are also required to supervise and train a team of Grocery Shoppers and Replenishers in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and manpower rostering.
- Monitor and ensure online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Maintain SOPs for picking, packing, dispatching and delivery
- Attend to order-related enquiries by customers (Zendesk)
- Ensure proper receipt and issuance of goods
- Perform record-keeping, stock movement control and assist in the return of damaged goods
- Ensure cleanliness and perform housekeeping in the store area
- Ensure safe practices and orderliness in the store area
- Ensure high-quality and timely rostering practices and the plotting of Time Management System
- Need to help up on ordering of stocks from WH to fulfil customer orders
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed (e.g. picking, replenishment, ordering of stationeries)
Requirements
- Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Independent and team player with good leadership skills
- Service-oriented and hands-on person
- Able to carry loads of about 15kg
Working Hours:
- 6 day work week including weekends and PHs
- Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:20 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:20 PM, and 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM
