What You'll Do
- Assist employers in selecting suitable domestic helpers based on their requirement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate closely with our overseas suppliers and training centres to ensure smooth deployment of helpers.
- Follow up with customers throughout the hiring process and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update case progress.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- CEI Certification is preferred (or willing to obtain after joining).
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Sales experience in recruitment, employment agencies, insurance, property, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
