Job Responsibilities
✈️Deliver exceptional passenger assistance by guiding travelers through self-service check-in, FAST kiosks and automated bag-drop facilities.
✈️Support smooth flight departures and arrivals by assisting with gate operations and ensuring passengers are directed to the appropriate areas.
✈️Handle passenger enquiries and provide timely assistance to ensure a smooth, comfortable and hassle-free airport experience.
✈️Work closely with the airport and airline teams to support daily passenger service operations.
✈️ Carry out other operational and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
⏰Working hours:
Rotating shift (Scheduled 5-6 days between Mon - Sun, 44 hours per week)
4.30am to 1.30pm / 7.30am to 4.30pm / 2.30pm to 11.30pm / 6.30am to 3.30pm / 11.30am to 8.30pm / 1pm to 10pm / 3pm to 12am / 7pm to 3am / 11pm to 8am
💰Transport Allowance Provided For shifts that end late💰
Job Requirements:
✅Comfortable working required shifts
✅ Good communication skills
