🌟 We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Assistant Student Care Centre Manager / Student Care Centre Manager to join our team. 🌟
Working Locations: Central & Northeast (All of the centres are near MRT stations!)
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm (Mon - Fri)
Benefits: Performance Bonus + Yearly Increments + Medical
Gross Salary: $3,800 (Basic up to $,3,600)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre to ensure smooth and efficient centre management.
- Supervise and support teachers in delivering quality student care, homework supervision and enrichment activities.
- Plan and coordinate students’ daily schedules, activities and programmes.
- Maintain a safe, positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress, behaviour and any centre-related matters.
- Handle administrative duties including attendance, student records, enrolment and centre documentation.
- Support staff scheduling, training and performance management, as well as assist with centre events and ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in student care, education or a related industry.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage well with students, parents and staff.
- Able to work independently while also being a good team player.
