Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times
  •  Set up breakbulk files for all documents and records relevant to the consolidation
  • Contact origin office via facsimile, e-mail system
  • Enter all relevant data for the consolidation into the breakbulk system.
  • Update all DATA (Delivery order or Proforma invoice) in the ETBF system base the documents complete and sign by customers
  • Prepares monthly report on the import, export and delivery status
  • Photocopy CCP for billing to customer
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Basic PC and WMS knowledge
  • Ability to understand and converse in English
