Job Summary
Support the HR and Accounts department by accurately processing staff payroll, managing filing and data entry tasks, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Process staff payroll data accurately to support timely salary disbursement
- Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of HR documents
- Complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently to support HR operations
- Assist Accounts department on budgeting and accounts analysis
- Complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently to support Accounts Manager
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations to support payroll processing
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and filing
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt
